Tips for Small Scale Enterprises

Nowadays most of the developing countries are faced to the weak of competitiveness to win the market share. Hard competition with the developed countries that can produce goods and services cheaply, but good quality was a serious problem for the entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs in the developing countries. So,building the entrepreneurship in developing countries are essential work to be done by government.

One of many reasons for me to write a post on the improvement of the performance of young entrepreneurs in developing countries. Entrepreneur are directly involved in development and creation of product and delivery of service for their enterprise. Each working day, they spend almost of their days in the production area managing the activities and even helping in the work to be done. They naturally concerned with production since it is there where the goods to be sold to the customers are made.

Any mistakes in production could lead to defective goods which might not be sold at a profit and defeat the purpose of earning money for themselves, their workers and the business itself. There are concepts, principles and technique in production management which can assist you in attaining not only a smoother production process but also higher productivity. Production management refers to those activities in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the entire process of manufacturing goods and services of the right quality, at the right cost, at the right time and the right place.

Common problems in production management occur to young entrepreneur of small scale enterprises as follows :
- Failure to plan production activities
- Absence of control
- Low Productivity
- Too many Responsibilities Assumed by the Entrepreneur
- Use of obsolete machine and equipment
